A Spa Day At Oulton Hall Leeds With Little Angels Nappies

Two weeks ago I headed down to Leeds for the Day to enjoy a rare day off mummy duty to relax and unwind at beautiful 18th century Oulton Hall, just outside of Leeds. I was invited to find out all about the Asda Little Angles nappy range, along with a group of bloggers and also to enjoy a cheeky afternoon tea and spa session. Now I must apologise before I start this post that there is hardly any photos as I was having so much fun I totally forgot to take any.

We were warmly greeted by the fabulous Myriad PR team who instantly made us all feel at home. We settled down in the comfy lounge with a glass of fizz in hand ready to find out all about the Little Angels range. Now I openly admit that I don't use the Little Angels Range as I have always used a leading brand on all 3 of my children thinking they are the best, I have never even thought to try other brands out. So I was interested to find out more about the range and hear what the other bloggers thought about the range too.

We learnt a lot about the Bump, Birth and Beyond range which will take you and your little ones all the way from finding out your pregnant until your child is dry during the night. Us parents will change around 4500 nappies while are little ones are in nappies, so it makes sense to stick to a brand that you can use through the whole process. We found out all about the range, I had no idea that there was so many products or what amazing value they were! We took part in a blind feel test and the Asda nappies unanimously came out on top for being super soft compared to the leading brand nappy.

The Little Angels range includes Newborn nappies which come in size 0-3 that include a wetness indicator to let you know when newborns need changing. They also do a Newborn nappy with Dreamskin technology, which is a special polymer that is clinically proven to soothe and protect skin and is perfect for delicate newborn skin. I had a feel of these nappies and they really are super soft!

Comfort Dry are Asda's biggest selling nappy as they are as absorbent as the leading brand and are amazing value at just £3.75  per pack or three packs for £10! Supreme Protection are Asda's softest and most absorbent nappy, offering 12 hours of dryness. They have super stretchy sides and back and are great for active toddlers. I love the sound of these and think that I will be buying my little man some for bed time, as he wakes up wet every morning at the moment. These are also in the three for £10 offer.

Asda Little Angels First Pants Peppa Pig Nappies

First Pants perform like a nappy but are great for mobile toddlers who wont stay still to get a nappy on. They are perfect for getting little ones ready for potty training and wearing pants whilst still offering the same level of protection as a regular nappy with up to 12 hours of dryness. They come in a rather cute Peppa Pig design as we were kindly given some to try with Jacob, like most toddlers he adores Peppa Pig and these have been a huge hit with him.

Potty Training pants are perfect for when you start potty training as they offer some protection when out and about but are less absorbent than other nappies in the range which should help little ones realise when they are wet and to use the potty. They come in cute boy and girl patterns and we have been sent some for Jacob to try out, keep an eye out for a review of those in the next week.

Bedtime Pants are for children aged 4-12 who may still need a little help at night time. They are discreet and pull up and down like regular underwear and come in size medium (4-7 years) or large (size  8-12 years)  they even have Bedtime Mats which I am sure would be great for holidays. They also do lots of other products such as swim nappies, mum to be and baby toiletries, wipes, nappy sacks and even a handy newborn starter kit meaning you can buy everything you need within the Little Angels range.

After finding out about the Little Angels range we were then treated to afternoon tea before heading off to the Spa where I enjoyed a wonderful massage and had my nails filed and polished. It was bliss to just relax and chat to the other bloggers at the event without constant interruption and running around after two toddlers nonstop. After treatments we then headed back to say are goodbyes and were kindly gifted a goody bag each filled with Little Angels products, we were given some of the Peppa Pig First Pants which my son adores!

It was such a lovely event, I really appreciated the chance to just be me for a day and to have a break from mummy duties. Oulton Hall was beautiful and it was so lovely to meet the other bloggers at the event especially catching up with Nikki from www.keepingstrongandmovingforward.co.uk and meeting local bloggers Cat from www.rockandrollpussycat.co.uk and Debbie from www.countryheartandhome.com for the first time. I will certainly be buying some Little Angels Nappies from now on, I only wish I had of known what amazing value they were years ago as I could have saved a fortune!

Thank you so much for the invite Little Angels and Myriad PR I had a truly wonderful time.
