Orchard Toys Once Upon A Time Puzzle Review

I am a big fan of Orchard Toys, the puzzles and games are such fun for little ones and best of all they are educational too. We have brought some of the games in the past to help with our three-year-old daughter's speech and we have also reviewed the Little Bus Lotto game. We were recently kindly sent another Orchard Toy to review, this time, we were sent the recently launched Once Upon A Time puzzle. 

Aimed at children aged 2+ this box containing six much-loved storybook character jigsaws - Cinderella, Goldilocks, Aladdin, Jack and the beanstalk, Little Red Riding hood and Dick Whittington. Each jigsaw contains three chunky pieces that are perfect for little hands as they are sturdy and wipe clean with bright pictures on. 

My three-year-old loves jigsaw puzzles and she really enjoyed playing with this one, easily piecing the puzzles together and discovering which character it created. My two-year-old has never really played with jigsaw puzzles before but he really enjoyed this one, he had fun discovering how to piece the puzzle together and he sat happily for ages working them out on his own. 

I really liked this puzzle as it contains characters that young children are familiar with from story books, they are great for encouraging little ones to problem solve and concentrate. My children really enjoyed playing with this puzzle, they have played with it a few times now and I can see it becoming a firm favourite for them to play with together.

It is brilliant value for a toy that will be played with often and is such great quality. I think this puzzle would make a lovely Christmas gift for a toddler, I will certainly be buying my own children a few more games or puzzles from the Orchard Toy range this Christmas as they love them so much.
