They are brilliant if  you are on a healthy eating plan and you want somewhere to store fruits and salads or overnight oats. They are ideal for taking on picnics or for taking your lunch into work or even just for storing food in the fridge. They are so useful and practical that I am sure that you will find so many different uses for them.
