Other Bloggers Family Lives Featuring Mummyem

This week on Other Bloggers Family Lives I am featuring Emma who blogs at Mummyem, a family lifestyle blog based in Essex. Emma blogs about parenting and local days out in her area with her 4-year-old daughter. So let's find out more about the family behind the blog.

1.) Tell me a bit about yourself and your family?

My family is me, my husband Paul and our very cheeky little girl Chloe who has recently turned 4. Myself and my husband both work full time and family time with Chloe is the most important thing for us.

2.) Where do you live?

We live in Ilford in Essex.

3.) What is your favourite thing to do as a family where you live?

One of our favourite things to do is to wrap up warm and go for a walk. One of my favourite places is Bedfords Park in Romford, Essex.

4.) If you could live anywhere where would you?

If I could love anywhere it would be a fully working farm in Devon, where I would spend my days making jam.

5.) Did you grow up close to where you live now and what are your favourite childhood memories of where you grew up?

I grew up in Loughton, which is about 5 miles from where I live now. One of my favourite memories growing up was spending the summer holidays and weekends out playing in our cul-de-sac from morning till sun-down with all my friends.

6.) Have you got any exciting family plans for the year ahead?

We have a trip to Devon planned for Easter and Chloe is super excited to be starting big school in Septemeber (me not so much).

7.) What is your favourite thing about family life?

My favourite thing about family life is the everyday madness, the morning nursery run, the evening bedtime drama, all the stuff that makes us, us is what I love the most.

Thank you so much for taking the time to answer these questions, Emma. I hope you have a lovely time in Devon, I have never been before but it looks lovely. My little boy starts school in September too and he too is very excited about it.
