Trolley Bags - Review

Since having my littlest two children I rarely go food shopping these days as I find it so much easier to just order it online. However sometimes when the other half is off or if we just need a small shop we head to the local supermarket or aldi to stock up. Every single time I go shopping I forget to take bags with me and end up having to pay for plastic ones which I throw away as soon as we get home, which I know is bad for the environment and a waste of money. I also hate plastic bags as they always seem to rip, don't hold much and they are just a pain to carry when full.

Trolley Bags

So when Trolley Bags got in touch and asked if I would like to review some of their original bags I decided I would try them out. Basically Trolley Bags are exactly that - bags that fit in your trolley. They consist of four brightly coloured canvas bags that you roll up and fasten with Velcro and can just hang on the handle of your trolley whilst you shop. Once you have put your groceries on the conveyor belt you unfasten the Trolley Bags and fit them over your trolley and then pull them out so you can pack easily.

The bags are really deep and go down to the bottom of the trolley meaning you can fit a lot in. They are different sized and I like that having the separate bags means you can easily store foods separate such as fresh meat in one bag, frozen in another etc. I found it so much easier using these bags then regular plastic ones and once we had packed and paid it was much quicker and easier putting the bags in the car boot too, as we only had four bags rather then lots of plastic ones.

Overall I was really impressed as they did make grocery shopping much easier. I love that they will save me money in the long run, are super easy to use and save me time. Once we finished with the bags we just rolled them all back together again and they are handy to just keep in the car boot as they fold up and don't take up much room.

The original set that I was sent costs £19.99 which I think is reasonable, you can also buy pastel coloured ones and smaller express trolley sized bags too direct from Trolley Bags website or from Amazon.

Disclosure I was sent this product for the purpose of this review, however all opinions are my own.
