Pumpkins Pumpkins Everywhere : Book Review

Last month I brought you my first Parragon book buddies review of a beautiful collection of
Nursery rhymes. As a Parragon book buddy, we get sent a book each month to review, as it is now October what better type of book than a Halloween one! We were sent a lovely picture book called "Pumpkins Pumpkins Everywhere" which is perfect for getting young children into the Halloween spirit.

The book is a paperback book which is bright and colourful and full of beautiful illustrations and a very simple short story to keep little ones interested. The story follows four trick-or-treaters as they make their way to a Pumpkin parade, meeting lots of different pumpkins along the way. The story is really easy for little ones to follow with only a few words on each page, but lots of fun pictures for them to look at.

My two-year-old daughter, Sophia enjoyed this book and she keeps looking at it and turning the pages and pointing out things she can see.

I like seasonal books and I think that this book would make a brilliant addition to any autumn book collection. I know that my children will enjoy this story in the lead up to Halloween and for many more years to come as it perfect for pre-school aged children.

Have you got anything planned for your little ones this Halloween?

Disclosure:  We were sent this book as part of the book buddies scheme, all views are my own.
