The weather here in Newcastle is always cold and wet at this time of year and we always have to wrap up very warm to venture outdoors. So when Trespass got in contact recently and asked if we would like to review an item from their website I thought that it was perfect timing, as it seems to have rained non-stop for weeks.
After browsing the men's Trespass Jackets, which I have to mention is super easy to navigate and stocks an impressive range of products for the whole family. I finally decided on a winter jacket for my other half as he often leaves for work at 5am and was in need of a new waterproof jacket. After much debating I finally settled on the Braxton Men's waterproof jacket, it also comes in blue or green and in a range of sizes ranging from XXS to XXL.
The Braxton jacket looked like the perfect all rounder jacket for the miserable weather we have been having lately, it offers protection from the wind and rain with tapered seems to stop water getting into gaps which ensures you stay nice and dry. Made from Tres-tex fabric it enables you to walk and climb and be as active as you like as it has outer and underarm ventilation zips to help keep you fresh and cool.
The Braxton jacket also has three zipped pockets and an inner pocket perfect for keeping essentials such as your wallet, keys and mobile secure. I also liked the fact that this jacket has an adjustable rollaway hood which is concealed by the design of the jacket.
The other half said that the jacket fits well and is super comfortable and keeps him warm and dry, even when the weather is awful. It is also very lightweight and easy to clean as dirt easily wipes off with a damp cloth.
Overall we think that this jacket is really great as it looks good, it keeps you warm and dry, is lightweight, high quality and most important of all it is comfortable. That's a nice jacket, plain but just a bit of colour. I think my OH could do with a new lightweight jacket so should check out the Trespass ones.

DeleteWe have the same weather here in Co Durham I am fed up of it now as its its so cold and the wind is bitter I have heard of this brand but never actually tried their products would try anything to keep warm

DeleteThis sounds great - I do find waterproof coats can be very bulky or too hot (unless it's freezing) so this sounds a great combination.
