Does Your Family Have a Superpower? If So npower Want To Know

Does your family have a hidden superpower? You are probably sitting reading this and thinking no we are just a normal family, that's what I thought too when I was first asked that very question myself. However, after thinking about it I realised that every family has hidden superpowers, and npower seem to agree as they have just launched a new campaign to celebrate Britain's hidden superpowers. With the help of Peter Andre npower want to celebrate all of the fun, quirky, clever, practical and entertaining everyday superpowers that we everyday families like yours and mine may have.

Everyday superpowers are the everyday things we families do without realising, maybe you juggle the vegetables whilst making dinner, do the splits whilst making phone calls, can walk on your hands or even just doing some crazy dad dancing to embarrass your kids. Whatever your everyday superpower is npower want to hear all about it, it is time these hidden superpowers were celebrated. After all, we are a nation of dad dancers and lipsyncers, according to a survey by npower as these are the everyday superpowers most of us Brits can do.

As a family of five, I started thinking what was our hidden superpower, being a mam of three obviously I am the master of juggling housework, cooking and getting the kids where they need to be. To be honest, though I am always too tired to discover if I have any superpowers. The other half is good at turning a blind eye to housework, again not really a superpower. My two and three years olds are masters of destruction, regularly trashing the house every single day, again not really a superpower. My teen, on the other hand, well she is brilliant at lip syncing the latest hits.

If you have a hidden superpower then you really should head along to the npower roadshow which will be right here in Newcastle at the Metrocentre Friday 18th until Sunday 20th November. I am sure that it will lots of fun seeing what hidden superpowers are region has to offer.
