We share ideas for days out, meals out and family travel for families in the North East of England.
This Is Us
This blog is written solely by mam of three Lindsay - no guest writers or guest posts. We only feature places we have personally visited ourselves so we can give a honest review that you can trust and answer any questions you may have.
We are a family of five who live just north of Newcastle - There is myself, my husband and our three children. We have a adult daughter (22), 12 year old daughter and 11 year old son. We also have two poochon dogs called Teddy and Leo.
What We Do
Newcastle Family Life is a website full of days out in Newcastle and across the North East and beyond, we also feature places to eat and holiday / staycation recommendations that the average family can afford. We are working parents with kids who do a lot of after school clubs so understand how important it is to find family activities that are worth the time and money.
On this website and our social media channels you can expect to see everything from big money days out to free days out, walks, family meals out and the occasional staycation or family holiday. We do have an autistic child and I work part-time in a Sen school so we do sometimes also feature Sen friendly day out ideas. Most of the places you see we will have paid to go to ourselves, sometimes we do get invited to review days out or places to eat or paid to promote something but these posts will always clearly be marked as an AD.
