Like most children, my six-year-old daughter is really into collectable type toys and blind bags (thanks YouTube). Whenever a new collectable comes out she is eager to try them out, well there is a new one around called Pop Pop Hair Surprise but this one is a bit different to other surprise toys on the market, so let me tell you all about them.
Pop Pop Hair Surprises are rather cute looking hairbrushes - that you can actually use, inside each hairbrush is some hidden surprises. The hairbrush can be opened and inside you will find a fabric wrapped up surprise, you have to spray the fabric surprise with water from the spray bottle provided (it is part of the hairbrush) and the fabric pops off revealing a surprise roller character. Inside the roller character, there will be another surprise - the hair surprise toy pet.
The hair surprise pet can be used as a hair bobble or a pencil topper and it also comes with a blind bag with some mini-clips and hair bands to add to the hair surprise pets hair.
My daughter loves the whole surprise element to these type of toys and she liked revealing the different Pop Pop Hair Characters. There are 25 different ones to collect, we were sent three sets and we ended up with two the same but that can't be helped and we just pretended they were twins.
I really liked that you can actually use the Pop Pop Hair Surprise Toys, the hairbrush can be used to brush dolls - or your own hair and the surprise pets can be used as hair bobbles or pencil toppers. So they will be used and won't end up just sitting at the bottom of the toy box once the novelty has worn off.
Priced at £9.99 they are ideal for a Christmas stocking filler and I am sure they will be popular this Christmas as my daughter has already seen videos of them on YouTube.
