Wedding Ring Shopping

After two years of planning, I am now just weeks away from getting married and it is all systems go for us at the moment finalising things for our big day. We have been lucky that we managed to get most of the big stuff sorted for our wedding pretty early on, booking a venue as soon as we got engaged swiftly followed by the photographer, DJ, venue dresser and florist. Sorting the big things have definitely been a lot easier than I initially imagined but the little things have been a lot trickier.

One thing that we really struggled with was picking our wedding rings as they are something that we are going to wear forever and I wanted something timeless and good quality so it will last. Due to my partner's job we were a bit limited with the type of rings we could get as all he is allowed to wear is a plain gold band, while I don't have any restrictions on the type of ring I can wear I did want us to get rings that would match.

I thought buying two plain gold bands would be easy but I was wrong, so many of the shops we visited did not have rings that matched or they were way out of our price range. However, I recently stumbled across F.Hinds and they have a brilliant range of wedding rings available in all different styles and sizes at great prices. The thing that I like the most is that you can easily see which rings have matching items so you can find a matching pair of rings that suit you both.

You can browse the rings you like online and then head to a store to try on and see which ring you like the best, with over 115 stores nationwide (with branches in Stockton, Middlesborough and Darlington here in the North East) or you can order online if you wish. With free ring adjustment and a lifetime guarantee on your ring, you know that you are using a company you can trust. I have even spied an eternity ring at F.Hinds which I have my eye on for our anniversary (hint hint future hubby-to-be)

Our four-year-old son, Jacob is 'ring security' on our wedding day so I hope he doesn't lose our rings as that would be typical with the things are going at the moment. The last few weeks of wedding planning are definitely the most testing, there is so much to sort out and finalise and loads of little things have cropped up that we have forgotten about and not budgeted for. I really need to get myself organised and get all the last minute bits and bobs sorted so that I can relax and enjoy the final few weeks before our big day.

If your married what kind of wedding ring did you go for?
